  4. Websites • CQI website • IRCA websites (four language versions) • Quality Jobs • Re-designs • Server move • Integration with Project Blue • Next priority is a content review

  5. Social Media • CQI blog • LinkedIN – CQI and IRCA. Move away from the forums • Twitter – QW, CQI, IRCA and INform

  7. Public affairs • Consultations – DBERR on Long term strategy for growth for UK business • Parliamentary Committee business – Health, PAC, Business • Office for Efficiency and Reform • Letters – Future Forum on health • Legislation

Media • National press – business and economic • Sector trade titles, reflecting our priority growth sectors – manufacturing, engineering, construction, health as well as standard – defence, pharma, etc • Broadcast – business consumer • Media releases, statements, opinion pieces, news, features, letters, advertorials

  9. Research • Health research in conjunction with HSJ • Business research • Quality monitor • WQD – business research and salary survey

Events • Lean Government, Public Servant, Redesigning Public Services • WQD external stakeholder event for WQD 2010 • Proactive approach to getting corporates signed up for 2011 • Launched a commercial conference for November 2011 • Sellex Galileo, exhibitions – Southern Manufacturing, National Engineering and Construction and Recruitment Exhibition
