Flying In • Air Force pilot- Fly military aircrafts (mainly planes) for government • Related careers- Soldier, Private pilot • Reasons: • Salary • Free medical and dental care, retirement plan, discounts on amusement parks, restaurants, tax, grocery stores, etc... • Supply and Demand (not a big supply). • Serve the country. • Get to travel the globe. And Many More

  4. History • First recorded aerial warfare happened in 1700s when the French used hot air balloons to track enemy movement. • The U.S. Air Force formed in 1907. • In 1947 Air Force formed separate branch in military.

  5. Education • Must do math, computer science, &, science. • Gym, geography, aviation, & military training is helpful. • Must at least have high school G.E.D. • Must be a co-pilot before flying on your own.
