Number designations for tie-lines were changed in EMS • When these changes were made to the EMS (September 2012), corresponding changes in references in the Market Rule and ISO-NE Manuals were not made. • This change will make the designations used in the Tariff and Manuals consistent with those used in operating the system. • The EMS changes also deleted HQ Phase I from EMS modeling. Uses of HQ Phase I in MR-1 and the Manuals were reviewed and determined to be based on contracts and funding not EMS modeling. No changes are proposed at this time.

  3. MR-1 Changes Proposed to Conform to New Naming Conventions • MR-1 Section III.3.2.6A • Orrington-LePreau (390) changed to Orrington-LePreau (390/3016). • MR-1 Appendix F Section III.F. 3.2.16 (table) • LePreau-Orrington (390) changed to LePreau-Orrington (390/3016); • (K-37 Line) changed to (K-7 Line); • 1385 Cable changed to NY NNC; • Northport-Norwalk Harbor (1385 Line) changed to Northport-Norwalk Harbor(601, 602 &603 Lines); and • Cross Sound Cable changed to NY-CSC • A previous project included changing Keene Road-Keswick (396) to Keene Road-Keswick (3001), so that is not included here.

  4. Manual Changes Proposed • Manual M-11: • Delete Table 2.2, which is nearly identical to the Table in Appendix III.F; and • In section 2.2(4) Replace “as listed below” (referring to Table 2.2) with a reference to Section III.F. 3.2.16 of Market Rule 1. • Manual M-28: • In Section 8.4 replace Orrington-LePreau (390) with Orrington-LePreau (390/3016).
