  4. 2) Managing collaboration How can managers install effective collaboration in organizations? • Disciplined collaboration framework • DNV case (professional services) • Company networks • Analysis of your own network + HP’s • Collaborative management & leadership • Morgan Stanley + Intuit case revisited • Knowledge management and “enterprise 2.0” • Danone KM system + enterprise 2.0 tool evaluation

  6. 3 Assignments • Individual: 2-page case analysis - due September 10 (hand in) • Individual: network analysis - due October 1 (hand in) • Group: enterprise 2.0 tool evaluation - due October 15 (present in class)

  7. Project • Ideally in groups of 3-4 • Ideally a field project (interview people in a company) • Examples: • Analysis of a process (eg Innovation Value Chain in a company) • Critical review of an existing IT tool • Written report, due December 9 - Project proposal due October 23
