Youth sponsor meeting. March 2014. Ciy superstart. leave mid-afternoon Friday, come back late afternoon Saturday Need a female chaperone for the girls bake sale next Sunday for fundraiser. Winter jam. Thursday march 20 @ 6pm $10 @ the door (long lines). Scavenger hunt.

  2. Ciysuperstart • leave mid-afternoon Friday, come back late afternoon Saturday • Need a female chaperone for the girls • bake sale next Sunday for fundraiser

  3. Winter jam • Thursday march 20 @ 6pm • $10 @ the door (long lines)

  4. Scavenger hunt • Saturday march 22 • starts at 7pm, ends at 9:30pm • need three drivers • any item/photo ideas?

  5. Website/media • please check the website regularly • I will be posting all relevant info there, as well as documents and info that is downloadable • I need photographers!

  6. Expense receipts • throughout the year, some of you will probably turn in expense reports • before you turn them into dee, please make a copy of the form and receipt and place it in the box on my office door

  7. J-A-M activities • I would like some help planning activities for elementary students outside of jr. church on Sunday mornings

  8. Wednesday nights • we have suspended jr/sr high activities • we need something new and different for Wednesday nights; we have a couple of options…

  9. Wednesday nights • we can look into new curriculum • we can look into royal rangers • we can look into trail life/American heritage girls

  10. Wednesday nights • the bottom line is, we will not grow with what we are currently doing

  11. Summer 2014 • rainbow Christian camp – may 25 • summer day camp – june • vacation bible school – july • ciy, summer camps

  12. Summer 2014 • cornhole/volleyball tournaments? • championships would be at the hog roast in september
