Society of HPC Professionals Sponsor Meeting SEG 2013 Houston The Society of HPC Professionals (SHPCP) in cooperation with the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) coordinated a High Performance Computing (HPC) Focus Group and Innovation Pavilion at the annual meeting in Houston. 22 Companies participated in the Focus Group SEG Management brought many visitors into the area It was estimated that 2700+ folks visited the Focus Group 2013 Annual Meeting: (208 signed up 173 showed up) HPC Scalability: Scale Up, Scale Out & Scale In Keynote Addison Snell Morning & Afternoon sessions 10 Presentations

5. Society of HPC Professionals Sponsor Meeting Plans for 2014: Lunch & Learn RoundTables - Eight Total January - Acceleware Optimizing RTM for Xeon Phi: Lessons Learned. First Year Sponsor levels (April): • GOLD (FIRST LEVEL) SPONSORS $4,500 • SILVER (SECOND LEVEL) SPONSOR $3,500 • BRONZE (THIRD LEVEL) SPONSOR $2,500 • Sponsor Benefits: • A professional quality website will be developed to communicate with the user community. Sponsors' logos will be included on the website and listed in alphabetical order within each level of sponsorship. • Visitors to the website may click on a sponsor logo and be linked to that sponsor’s website. • A brief description of the products/services for each sponsor will be included on the website. • A screen image of the Sponsor logos will be generated and projected on the screen during “non-presentation time” at all SHPCP meetings. The screen image will present the logos in alphabetical order within each level. • All Sponsors' logos will be placed on a poster board in the same format as the screen image and this poster will be exhibited at the registration table at all SHPCP meetings • A printable quarterly newsletter will be produced and a copy of the sponsor logos will be included in each issue. • The Society will schedule Spring and Fall meetings for the entire membership. • Each Sponsor will be provided with one exhibit space at the Spring and Fall meetings without charge. The amount of space will be determined by to numbers of exhibitors and the total amount of exhibit space that will be available. • Special Interest Group, Round Table discussion meeting and Webinars will be scheduled as topics of interest dictate. • The attendees will be requested to evaluate all meetings and the results of the evaluation will be placed on the website for access by all members.
