  2. OBJETIVO • Conocer la caracteristicas fisico-quimicas de los hibridos FHIA-17 y FHIA-23, en condiciones de altura

  3. MATERIALES Y METODO • Cuatro racimos de cada hibrido, 13 semanas de edad.

  4. CARACTERISTICAS FISICO-QUIMICO DE FHIA-17 y FHIA-23 • *Kgf= kilogramos fuerza para la ruptura de un área de 6 mm de diámetro • **Valores con la misma letra dentro de cada fila son iguales de acuerdo a la prueba de Tukey a una • P≤0.05. • *** Contenido de almidón expresado como: 1-4 alto contenido; 8-10 bajo contenido de almidón • ****Acidez, mediante titulador con hidróxido de sodio 0.1 N expresado como mili equivalentes de ácido acido malico por 100 g de muestra.
