Block packing is the international standard packing of fish fillets, liner will cut into fish fingures by the specialized equipment .there are pin holes on the surface of wax lay, which could absorb the extra water, and also stick on the surface of block after freezing, and keep from dehydration, the block with liner could be storage for 18 months when the temperature is -18c.

  5. insert the liner into the frame (internal size:485mm x 255mm x 60mm) 16.5LB N.W.after freezing.

  6. Fill with fillets (the fillets have been boneless and skinless)

  7. trim the surface after full.

  8. Closing the case, remember the top must cover the bottom.

  9. freezing :2.5-4 hours, temperature:-30ºC ,pressure：4.5-5.0, the plates should not be lifted in the first 40 min.
