Joe Girouard Has Extensive Experience in Several Areas Working in a respectable position at one of the most popular real estate firms in NYC, Joe Girouard oversees all brokerage operations, including over 20 active Realtors as well as the inside sales team and the on-site sales team. He joined his current company a few years ago as a Client Care Manager, spearheading the creation of the Client Care Team that serves as the first point of contact for all new real estate leads. Afterward, he transitioned to Sales Manager before he took over the responsibilities of the Broker in charge. During this time he was responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing support to our sales team, and managing sales at the company. Joe Girouard holds a Master of Business Administration degree as well as a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Psychology. In addition to that, he is certified as an Active Adult Specialist in Housing (CAASH) by the National Association of Home Builders. Previously, he also worked as a licensed Realtor in South Carolina. He has an extensive background in the areas of property management, sales, and marketing of new residential developments. Joe Girouard serves on the Community Outreach Committee and Chairs the Housing Committee of The Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors and is a member of the Heroes for Children Board of Directors.
