Mission CLIOH, an initiative of the Informatics Research Institute (IRI), an academic research and development entity of the School of Informatics at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis and Bloomington. The main objective of the CLIOH project is to develop a new-media digital library of the world’s most threatened cultural treasures in collaboration with the IU Library system, the Mathers Museum in Bloomington, Indiana and the Indiana State Museums. The framework for evaluating CLIOH involves an examination of the projects mission. This evaluation plan measures (1) how the resources are allocated and (2) how the output activities and services are of benefit to the audience served. It also provides feedback on program quality through measurable outcomes. Evaluation of Project CLIOH will involve both short and long term objectives. Measurement will be in terms of (1) Inputs, (2) Activities and Services and (3) Outputs.CLIOH evaluations will be conducted by New Media Associate Professor Anthony Faiola Evaluation
