  2. The total Hispanic population in the US outnumbers other minorities. Colleges and universities in the country are actively recruiting Hispanic students to promote diversity. We have now more Hispanic students in the US colleges and universities than those of African descent. Despite the record number of Hispanic students’ enrollments, many Hispanics encounter financial challenges on the roads to the completion of their graduation and post-gradation education. Grants of free scholarships can help Hispanic students to face the impacts of rising living costs, low wages, and statewide divestment of higher education. Lack of financial resources is one of the key obstacles for Hispanics to get access to quality higher education. Grants, scholarships, and other forms of financial aids that come from financial aid pool, or the resources available only to Hispanics help in increasing the outreach and access to college enrollment for the Latinos.
