In the greater San Jose area there are at least 100 gyms. In Gilroy where we want to open our gym there are no other gyms, the closest ones are 30 miles away.

Management Team • CEO: Alexandra Dillon- knows the industry in and out and has management experience. • Director of Operations/Activities: Carrie Lujan- majored in child development also knows the industry well. • Director of Marketing: Alexandra Dillon- has experience working in marketing for other gyms

  10. Deal Structure • We will have a partnership between Alexandra Dillon and Carrie Lujan. • We will get all of our resources from Carrie Lujan’s husband NFL football player Elliot Vallejo. • No loans big plus!
