Hotel Overview Every hotel tells a story…. The Hotel Vintage Park tells the story of Washington Wine. Our guests truly experience our story with our wine author series, our wine and food events and our guestrooms, which are each dedicated to a Washington winery. Kelly Koon, our “Vine Vixen” Concierge hosts the evening reception and captivates guests with her passion for wine and her knowledge of the region’s exceptional food and wine industry. Additionally, she heads up “Xtreme Washington Wine Adventures” which includes skydiving or hot air ballooning with Washington Winemakers. • The hotel was renovated in May 2006 with bold colors, fabrics and furnishings developed specifically to convey the look and feel of wine country. Custom designed furniture, luxurious bed linens, custom carpeting and wall treatments were incorporated into the upscale Kimpton design to reflect the hotel’s story. • A 3 star/4 diamond level of services and amenities

Dining Executive Chef Walter Pisano is a longtime fixture on the Northwest restaurant scene, most notably for opening and operating Tulio Ristorante. Since its inception, Tulio has been a regular on the awards lists, including Seattle's Best Italian Restaurant, Best Business Lunch and Best Kept Secret. Among his many honors, Pisano attended the American Harvest Workshop, an invitation–only culinary event limited to five chefs each year. Locally, Pisano regularly donates his talents to charitable causes, from black–tie events to soup kitchens. Room Descriptions Hotel Vintage Park Accommodations Define Urban Luxury • With bold colors and fabrics developed specifically for the guestrooms and corridors by designer Andrew Alford of Kimpton Hotels, each newly renovated room conveys the wine country’s warm and welcoming atmosphere. Vineyard photography, luxurious bed linens and custom carpeting were incorporated into the upscale Kimpton design to reflect the hotel’s story. • The business traveler was carefully considered when designing our work desk with ergonomic mesh swivel chair, wired and WiFI Internet access, two-line direct-dial telephones, voice mail and modems. • When it’s time to relax, guests can enjoy CD/DVD players, our specialty Washington wine channel, WebTV, Nintendo and On-Demand Movies.

Meeting Space Flexible On-Site Function Space • Meeting facilities include Solaio, our a 700square foot upstairs private dining area, is a charming and beautifully decorated venue with a wine-cellar motif, making an ideal setting for meetings, reception space or an intimate cocktail party. • Solaio can accommodate up to 40 people for a meeting, 70 people for a plated function, and up to 90 people for a reception. Recently added to the Private Dining Room are doors, which can be closed to provide the utmost in privacy for your meeting or social function.
