IVMS Management System • IVMS provides SLB managers with a huge amount of data on individual driver performance histories. • Driver ‘RAG’ performance reports are generated monthly and published on notice boards and website. • Used at site location level to provide driver Feedback, Coaching for improvement and Rewarding best Drivers.
