  2. Overview Standard gradient PCR machine is a Peltier based unit with sealed sample design. Mouse based operation discards traditional push button operation. The homogeneity of sample temperature is detected through 12 channelled temperature probes. The sealed sample design ensures a low temperature preservation and dry cleaning. Independent network connection discards complex operations and inconvenience of rational program updating. It is characterized with a remote-controlled software for diagnosis and data exchange of PCR machine for improved work efficiency.
