We do not currently offer a Depression Management Group.
4. 21/07/2012 4 Why we should run a Depression Management Group The N.I.C.E states that CBT and other psychotherapies are an evidenced-based, effective way of treating depression.
CBT has been found equally effective when provided on an individual and group basis.

Reluctance to complete homework tasks.
May need to be complimented with individual work.
Difficult to treat the individual within a group setting.
Not person-centred?
Does having depression in the title put people off?
