Se presentó a los responsables de cada deporte. • Se dieron a conocer la Sede y Subsede donde se llevarían a cabo los diferentes deportes • Dentro de los Asuntos Generales, el Prof. Arturo García Núñez hace mención sobre los detalles que se dieron en cuestión del Hospedaje y Alimentación. • En premiación se acordó que se otorgarán al término de cada evento deportivo. • En COMISIÓN DE HONOR Y JUSTICIA quedan como Responsables el Prof. Salvador Robles Villalobos, el Prof. Víctor Vázquez Campos y el Prof. Luís Manuel Mendoza Salgado. • Se dieron a conocer sobre los servicios médicos de urgencias, los directorios telefónicos y se presentó la calendarizaciòn de juegos. • Se solicitó transportación para los participantes que vienen de Cabo San Lucas a San José del Cabo. • Se dió por terminada la Junta Previa, siendo las 20:00 hrs, pasándose a dar inicio a las reuniones para establecer acuerdos, realizándose de forma independiente por deporte.

  23. LAS NIÑAS Y NIÑOS DEPORTISTAS ESTUVIERON BAJO EL SISTEMA DE CONVIVENCIA EN DONDE LAS FAMILIAS CABEÑAS, LOS RECIBIERON CON GRAN AFECTO. EN SAN JOSÉ DEL CABO SE ALOJARON 118 NIÑAS Y 121 NIÑOS HACIENDO UN TOTAL DE 239. EN CABO SAN LUCAS 96 NIÑAS Y 116 NIÑOS CON UN TOTAL DE 212. ESTA COORDINACIÓN ESTUVO A CARGO DEL DIF MUNICIPAL DE LOS CABOS
