IDEAL INCLUSION OF DIGITAL EDUCATION IN ADULT LEARNING • The project aims to help educators, teachers & trainers in (in)formal adult education understand & put digital education into practice. • Attention will be given to innovation in pedagogy through supporting professional development to enhance innovative teaching practice, including ways of using & bringing digital tools into the classroom. • As a result, the project will promote digital literacy, skills and inclusion for both teachers and learners.
Innovation Methodology Transnational Digital technologies are everywhere, in all industries, and are radically changing the European labor market. IDEAL project complements several initiatives, projects and policies of the partners. It is important to compare, assess and share practices on the existing similar programmes in order tocomplement and improve them. • The project uses a clear, complete and high quality methodology, including the 3 phases: • Strategy (activities Preparation and Research) • 2. Development, Implementation and Testing • 3. Review, Finalization and Dissemination The integration of technology within the education sector can fundamentally transform how learningis received and delivered. IDEAL project aims to provide a complete package of materials and tools which enable teachers to develop innovative pedagogy & training methods and put in to practice digital education.
