Any Health Hazards (Acute or Chronic Effects)
e.g. Rinse Free Stripper may cause skin and eye irritation. Avoid prolonged skin contact and inhalation of mist vapors

First Aid Procedures
e.g. Flush eyes or skin for at least 15 minutes with plenty of water. If irritation persists, call a physician. If swallowed, induce vomiting immediately by giving two glasses of water and sticking finger down throat. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person

It is a rectangular label attached to the substance or to the storage area immediately adjacent to the materials. It gives six facts about the subject. It tells you what your exposure risk is and what precautions you should take

This is the diamond sign at the entrance to a building used to tell emergency crews such as police and fire what hazardous substance may be encountered.
The diamond has four colors. The chart indicates what the hazard level is. The highest risk level of any substance in the building is indicated on the sign

Skin Contact: Flood with water and soap. Cover with moist magnesia or Baking Soda
Ingestion: Call physician immediately. Drink teaspoon or more of milk of magnesia or a cup of soapy water. Follow with milk or raw eggs
