  1. TRADITIONAL FOOD OF SOUTH INDIA The Malabar area in the south India is famous for its tastes aromas that tempted many foreigners like Dutch ,French and the English. Pepper ,cinnamon cloves and nutmeg are some spices which are in very mass amount in India. Rice is the main food of south India instead of wheat. While mentioning the name Tamil Nadu our tastes of idly dosa sambar and vada. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian places have mass use of spices and coconut .

  2. The final tempting of oil , mustard, curry leaves, urad dal is almost the same for most of the dishes in Kerala, the staple food of people is fish accompanied by steaming rice of big size. Banana chips and jack fruit chips. Andhra Pradesh is known for its spiciness and hotness. Kebabs and biriyanis are not to be missed. Homemade pickles, papad dry chutney etc are tradition of this area.
