DUMPLING • Dumpling are half circular dumplings of unleavened dough, stuffed with cheese,mashed or other forms of potato, sauerkraut, cabbage, onion, meat, fish, mushrooms, hard-boiled eggs, dry cottage cheese.
SAUERKRAUT STEW • Sauerkraut stew is a traditional typical of Polish cuisine that many consider to be the Polish national dish. Bigos is usually eaten with rye bread and potatoes.
CABBAGE ROLL • A cabbage roll is a dish consisting of cooked cabbage leaves wrapped around a variety of fillings. The filling is traditionally based around meat, often beef, lamb or pork and is seasoned with garlic, onion and spices.
