Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility and Power Characteristics in Competitive and Novice Rowers. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!! You are invited to participate in an investigation which could be of potential importance. The aim of this investigation is to find out if there is a relationship between strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and power, individually or in combination to predict 2000m rowing ergometer performance. You are eligible to take place in this study if you meet the following criteria: 1. A male rower 2. Aged 18-35 years old 3. Currently in good health and injury free. If you take place in this investigation you will be asked to complete 1-2 practise testing sessions followed by 2 official testing sessions. These sessions will last approximately 1 hour each. Male Rowers of all levels are urged to apply with all testing being conducted at The Scottish Rowing Centre with testing beginning early in 2011.
