The Four Most Common Sports Have Four Common Injuries

On a daily basis, athletes attempt to exceed the limits of their body. They stretch, push, maneuver, and even injure the bones and muscles in their body. Many times, especially during competition, those who engage in sports suffer injuries and strains that lead to long-term damage to the body. If you, a relative, or family member is thinking about participating on an athletic team, it’s important to consider physical features such as body mass index (BMI) to fully assess the safety risks of engaging in a specific sport.
