Ingredients A quarter cup of fresh parsley (chopped) 6oz of shrimp (peeled and deveined, but leave the tails) Two steaks of 6oz each (flat-iron, sirloin, or filet mignon) Half a pound of small red potatoes (cut them in half if they are large) Three tablespoons of unsalted butter Three sprigs of thyme One tablespoon of vegetable oil Salt and pepper
