William T Gholson - Son of San Antonio William T Gholson spent his entire life and career in San Antonio, Texas. One of his first jobs was as a tour guide for the world famous Alamo. He married his high school sweetheart, Jean, when they were both attending the University of Texas at Austin. He graduated from UT with a business degree in 1982. The Gholsons now want to raise their two children in San Antonio.

He says he chose the major randomly, because he didn’t know what else to study. Gholson claims it was the smartest thing he has ever done, aside from asking his high school sweetheart Jean to marry him. He and Jean live in San Antonio with their two children.

For the past fifteen years, he has worked as an auto parts expert and salesman in his native San Antonio, Texas. He enjoys NASCAR and has attended several Indy 500 races. In his spare time, he is rebuilding an MGB roadster which he hopes to drive around the country with his wife and enter into a race when it’s finished.
