Majority of traffic consists of foot traffic • It is right by a road so drivers MAY catch a glimpse of it • Mostly children take up the area during peak hours of traffic Observations
Parents who bring children to the bus stop will definitely see it • It is a stop for children from elementary to high school so it also applies to the kids not just parents Observations (cont.)
I wanted to make it look simple • I didn’t want to have too many elements and wanted it to be something that was straight to the point • There are no images included that detract attention from the main idea Images
No text included at the moment, still searching for a font that works well with the message • It will be something that doesn’t directly bash smoking but gives some insight on it to make the viewer think ‘Oh, well that is a good point.’ Text
The color scheme of this is very simple • The cigarette in the corner of the image is the only think to have a distinct color on the filter part of it • The smoke will gradually get darker as it rises • This is done to give a darker feeling to smoking as it makes life darker and harder as you continue to do it Color
Cigarette in the corner • Smoke rises • Skull forms at the top of the smoke cloud • This gives a to-the-point value to the image, it doesn’t try to give some far fetched ideals o instill some high value morals through deep imagery, it just shows the more you do it, this is what you are leading yourself too Composition
Race and gender do not really matter for this, it applies to all • Ages are for parents of children in elementary school since I assume most parents who have kids in middle or high school do not walk their kids to the bus stop • Also ages in the range of middle school to high school kids who may take part in such activities Demographics
