The workshops: the choreography • One workshop for each challenge (see agenda) • Conversations facilitated so they keep to the subject • Workshop = 30 minutes • 5 Minutes = Introduction to topic • 10 Minutes = NHS translates to local needs • 10 Minutes = companies respond and suggest ideas? • N.B. Preference to companies who EoI • 5 Minutes = Facilitators sum up discussions
Facilitators ( and their introductions) • Carol Roberts • Prescribing and the Patient • Effective Engagement of Community Pharmacists in Rx Review • Val Shaw • Transmission / Transcription / Supply of Medicines • Richard Needle • Effective use of patients’ medicines in hospitals • Communication between primary and secondary care • Rachel Webb • Ensuring patients understand the cost and value of medicines
And then… • ‘Speed Generating’ sheets available – please note key points • Leave these sheets with us and we will collate for outcomes report (and send you back PDF copy of your own with notes. • Keep us informed • We’re here to help advise and support around joint working • Fingers crossed!
