4. What is HCQIP The Medicare Healthcare Quality Improvement Program comprises all of the work of the Quality Improvement Organizations and the ESRD Networks.
We hope that it will come to comprise all of the things CMS does that (can) improve the quality of care for Medicare beneficiaries.
