  2. Task 1 Activities in the last 6 months • Regular (2-3 weeks) phone meetings • Preparation of this status & collaboration meetings • Preparation for the review in March • Budget reshuffling

  3. Task 1 Activities for the near future • Do the final reporting • Chase up the deliverable reports • Produce the final report • Get the industrial spending data • All procurements >5000CHF: communicate to JPK and GdR the firm name, the amount, the item, the type (off-the-shelf, to drawing, with R&D. deadline end March 2013 • Prepare the talks for the EuCARD-EuCARD2 meeting on 10-14 June 2013 • WP report (GdR) • Highlight talks • Workshop talk on HFM (GdR)

Budget reshuffle (1) Following the discussions during the first half of the year on budget spending we proposed the following reshuffle: • task7.2:   60 k€  EC   CERN ==> PWR • task 7.4:   52 k€  EC   KIT ==> CEA-irfu • task 7.4:   15 k€  EC   KIT ==> CNRS-Grenoble • task 7.4:   3.9 k€ EC   TUT ==> CNRS-Grenoble Sent to Svet for implementation , waited for Eu for OK, is now approved Money can be spent, payment will come soon

  6. Outstanding task1 deliverable 7.1.1 HFM web-site linked to the technical & administrative databases Is the same for all WPs Erk Jensen and GdR will fix this on all the WP webpages and produce a common deliverable report
