  3. July 15thView of Area D – Upper Level Typical classroom on floor, floor protection has been removed. Washing & waxing completed for furniture. July 15thView of Area D – Lower Level Ceiling grid and MEP devices complete. Epoxy flooring system complete.

  4. July 15thView of Area D – Gymnasium Bleacher construction in progress. Wall pad installation to follow.

  5. July 15thView of Area E – Upper Level Media center carpet complete. Millwork desk substantially complete. July 15thView of Area E – Lower Level Main entrance corridor. Ceramic floor tile setting & grouting in progress.

  6. July 15thView of Area E+F – Cafeteria Ceramic wall tile complete. Vinyl floor tile complete & protected. Furniture staging area

  7. July 15thView of Area F – Lower Level Millwork installation substantially complete Plumbing fixtures installation complete. Vinyl floor tile installed & protected. Final connections of Kitchen Equipment in progress in both kitchens.

  8. July 15thView of Area C – Theater-Audience Side Lighting, electrical power and audio visual rough-in complete at the Tension Grid. July 15thView of Area C – Theater-Stage Side Installation of counter weight rigging complete, stage right. Rigging cables being run for connection of battens.

  9. July 15thView of Area E – Courtyard Landscape pavers complete. Plantings substantially complete. Pre-cast wall cap installation in progress.

July Construction Schedule Look Ahead: Area A+B & G • Complete Concrete Sealant of Shop Floors • Continue Punchlist Process • Commence Signage Installation Area D • Complete Wall Pad, Bleachers and Scoreboard installation • Complete plumbing fixture & toilet partition installation in Locker Rooms • Continue Punchlist process • Commence Signage Installation Area E • Complete Corridor flooring Installation on Upper & Lower Level • Complete ceramic floor tile installation at Main Entrance corridor • Continue Carpet tile installation in remaining rooms. Area F • Complete with installation of Millwork • Complete installation & connections of Kitchen equipment • Commence restaurant patio framing & decking Area C • Complete Counterweight & Guidewall Rigging Installation • Commence millwork panel installation • Commence stage flooring installation Exterior/Sitework • Complete installation of granite curbing in faculty parking lot • Complete with placing concrete sidewalks and speed tables • Complete the installation of landscape pavers in faculty parking lot • Continue with landscaping plantings at perimeter of site • Continue with fill & utility installation in the Student parking lot • Next paving activity scheduled for the Week of 7/22
