Liaising with RP’s to deliver affordable housing on ‘stand alone’ affordable sites. Liaising with local communities to deliver small rural affordable housing sites. Main Priorities

  5. Phase One Sites • Berwick – Roberts Lodge 42 units • Blyth – Morpeth Road 26 units • Craster – Whin Hill 8 units • Embleton Quarry 16 units • Shilbottle – Fairfield View 20 units • Wooler – The Martins 9 units Start on site Autumn 2014
