  1. ANTONIO MACIEL NETO É Diretor-Presidente da Suzano Papel e Celulose desde 01 de junho de 2006. É membro do Conselho de Administração da Archer Daniels Midland Company – ADM e da Marfrig Frigoríficos e Comércio de Alimentos S.A. Anteriormente, de 1999 a Maio de 2006, ocupou importantes posições de liderança na Ford. Foi presidente da Ford Brasil e das Operações da Ford na América do Sul e vice-presidente da Ford Motor Company. Entre 1993 e 1999, foi presidente do Grupo Itamarati, da Ferronorte Participações S.A. (Ferropasa) e da Cecrisa Revestimentos Cerâmicos S.A.. Maciel foi também presidente do Conselho da Ferroban e membro do Conselho de Administração da Gradiente Eletrônica S.A. e da Cecrisa. Anteriormente, foi Secretário Executivo do Ministério da Indústria e do Comércio, além de ter trabalhado por dez anos na Petrobras. É formado em Engenharia Mecânica, pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
