  4. Question 1 • Yes • Operator specific • Easy to understand common format messages

Question 2 • Training should be personnel specific • Therapist will need to understand basics of how it works and thoroughly familiar with operational aspects • Medical Physicist (& Dosimetrist) will need to have thorough understanding of operations and principles • MD familiar with its capabilities

  6. Question 3 • At Installation • 1 month after • 3 months after • Periodic refresher • Annually or once in 2 years • Any time that there is any software upgrade with functional enhancement
