  2. Opening Ceremony The children were divided into 4 City states • Athens, • Ithaca, • Crete, • Sparta. The opening ceremony set the stage for this remarkable event, amidst the uplifting song, "Glorious Apollo."

  3. Events conducted at Waldorf Olympics • Wrestling Unites • Marathon • Relay Race • Long jump

A Majestic Moment Offerings to Zeus and Hera • Zeus, king of the gods, married his sister Hera, queen of Olympus, despite her initial resistance, forming a powerful but tumultuous divine union. • Hera often sought vengeance against Zeus's infidelities, yet their love endured, symbolizing both the strength and complexities of marriage.

  5. A Day to be remembered • A total of 200 wreaths, handcrafted from natural climbers in the school's garden, were bestowed upon these young athletes, symbolizing honour and accomplishment.
