  8. COINVOLGIMENTO PAZIENTE Mi dica signora che ne pensa del progetto LEONARDO? Vorrebbe aderire? si fiju meu ,basta ca nu se paca Ma signuria faci puru l’analisi te lu sangu?

VALUTAZIONE CLINICA DEL INIZIALE Ah fiju meu,te 5 anni ,te quandu e’mortu lu maritu meu. pe’ lu dispiacere me vinne la diabete e la pressione erta Mi dica signora ,da quanto tempo che le hanno diagnosticato il diabete? Ah si ;tre anni ‘rretu me purtara all’ospedale,ca stia fiacca,e me dissera ca tegnu la gina pettu E mi dica signora Ha’ mai avuto dolori al petto o attacchi di cuore?

Quandu me stizzu cu marituma me vene mandu tuttu a dhru paese Nelle ultime 2 settimane c’è stato qualche giorno che hai avuto scarso interesse a fare le cose?
