Committee Goal • Fix the short term issues as defined by the Community and Principal Smith and create a long term proposal for an afterschool program that meets the majority of the needs of the JM Community. • Short term: Sometime between now and the beginning of the 2014-2015 term • Long term: 2014-15 term and beyond
