  2. WHAT IS IT? • A FIRST CLASS SOCCER PROGRAM • 5 DAYS PROFESSIONAL SOCCER TRAINING • SEASON WILL MIRROR SELECT SEASON (3 MONTHS PRIOR TO HIGH SCHOOL, 4 MOTHNS AFTER) • INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRESS REPORTS • FOCUS ON TECHNICAL & PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT • PLAYER, COACH, PARENT & TRAINER HOLISTIC APPROACH

HOW DOES IT WORK • TEST, TRAIN, RETEST & CHECK GREAT RESULTS • PHYSICALLY: STRENGH TRAINING, CORE TRAINING, SPEED TRAINING AND AEROBIC TRAINING. • TECHNICALLY: QUICK FOOTWORK, PASSING, CONTROLING, CROSSING, FINISHING AND HEADING. • PSYCHOLOGICALLY: SELF CONFIDENCE, DISCIPLINE & LEADERSHIP. • TACTICALLY: Players will read and understand the game from a coaches perspective by analyzing professional games on videos.

A Sample Week Schedule • Monday – 3:45 to 5:00 Technical plyometric workout with the ball. • Tuesday – 3:45 to 4:45 Weight Lifting and Core Exercise (Meet at the GYM) / 4:45 to 6:00 Healthy Snack & Homework( players will have access to internet if needed) or Game Analysis/ 6:00 Regular team session • Wednesday – 3:45 to 5:00 Technical plyometric workout with the ball. • Thursday – 3:45 to 4:45 Weight Lifting and Core Exercise (Meet at the GYM) / 4:45 to 6:00 Healthy Snack & Homework( players will have access to internet if needed) or Game analysis/ 6:00 Regular team session • Friday – 3:45 to 5:15 Technical Warm up and Small Sided Games • Saturday – Weight Lifting on their own when there is no game.

  5. WHY DO IT? • YOUR COMPETITION IS DOING IT • SELF IMPROVEMENT • THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW YOU HAVE DONE ALL YOU COULD DO TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS • 10,000 hours to master your craft. It takes only 6,000 to do it with an expert.

  7. OUR COST • $300.00 A MONTH • It may sound like a lot… but you are getting a lot! • 8.5 hours of training on top of your regular hours. • Less than $9.00 an hour. • Ways to make it feasible: The main way is to decrease the amount of travel as a team. • Car Pool whenever possible.
