BibControl in den Städtischen Bibliotheken Dresden Historie: * 1992-2000 Informix + SQL * 2000-2005 Sybase + SQL + Crystal Reports * 2005-2011 Sybase + SQL + BibControl Gründe / Wünsche für die Einführung: * wenig flexible SunRise-Statistiken * „einfache“ Bedienung (Maus, intuitiv) * von jedermann bedienbar (ohne SQL-Kenntnisse u. Bittstellung an EDV) * ad-hoc Erstellung (früher in SunRise nicht möglich) * grafische Aufbereitung * keine Belastung des SunRise-Datenbankservers im Ausleihbetrieb

  2. Basis Hardware: * PC, Core2Duo 2 x 2.4 GHz * 2 GB RAM * 250 GB HDD * DAT-72 Software: * Win2003 Server * .NET (2.0, 3.5) * BibControl * ODBC-Treiber für eingesetzte Datenbank (Sybase) * PC-Visit für Fernwartung (Datenverarbeitung im Auftrag)

Import 03.30 - 04.30 Uhr Ausleihe nach Tageslauf * 4. Import 22.00 - 22.20 Uhr d07stat Würfelerstellung: * 1. Würfel 00.06 *1 - 06.30 *2 Uhr * 2. Würfel 06.30 *2 - 13.30 *3 Uhr * 3. Nutzung * Arbeitsplätze: 2 x SG Benutzung, 1x Bibliothekarischer Fachdirektor * Würfel: (Standard-)Würfel von 2005 aus Chemnitz (bearbeitet) * Export: nach Excel für weitere Berechnungen Nutzung/Aufwand: * Ausleihen nach Systematik (1 x im Quartal) mit Weiterverarbeitung im Excel für Controlling * Einzelne ad-hoc Abfragen (sporadisch) * Datensicherung, ggf. Datennachladen aus d07stat-Backup * Programmupdates * Wartung BibControl (Wartungsvertrag)
