Administrative and financial issues • Partners’ agreement – Amendment • 7 copies signed already received from Amitié and UPV • Partners’ timesheets signed (1st year) • Already received from Amitié • Reimbursement process • Exchange rate  private discussion with OFI • Agree on a deadline to provide INPL with invoices, tickets, etc. • Travel to Metz : 14th of December 2009?

Administrative and financial issues • Eventual future budget modifications • Handbook extract: “An amendment request relating to an adjustment to the budget breakdown is not necessary when the transfer between budget headings (staff, travel, equipment, subcontracting, others) does not exceed: • 10% of the amount of each heading of eligible costs for which the transfer is intended or • EUR 5.000 whichever is the larger. (Article I.3.4 refers.). In all other cases an amendment request is necessary (see G in 1.6.1).” • Partners’ needs

Will be received on the 30 Nov. • Hungary: 3 uploaded • Italy: 2 uploaded • Last pending activities: • publishing the cases on the public pages (national and EN versions) of the FICTUP website; • evaluation by teachers (to be discussed during WP4 presentation).
