My suggestion is to let our engineer write an extra program for you, if the user reach the limit hours from what you set up, then program auto send notice email to you, then your staff can therefore decide if need to close this person’s course from support system by manual. But the disadvantage is, closing the courses under certain account will have to be done by manual.

This is to reply your earlier question: “If the same account-months are used by many learners batch-wise how does it affect the learners-profile report?”B2C: If multi users using the same account, user cannot distinguish who’s score on the score report page.B2B: if school purchase their own server, should be no this issue, because schools need to purchase certain number accounts for each student, each student should have their own account. After a semester, school can close the graduated students’ account, then using those free accounts to create new accounts for new students, as long as the total account number maintained the same.If school didn’t purchase their own server, the still need to purchase certain amount of accounts for each student, otherwise they cannot separate student’s score.
