Timecards Stuck in a Submitted Status/Locked • Timecards showing as locked should be submitted to AMPO immediately • Request must be submitted via email to Elizabeth Arzola, Catherine Soto, MEPRS Army Func Spt and the site’s AMPO Analyst • To verify that timecards are locked, go to: Army LCA Manager>Timekeeper:Timekeeper Entry>Enter employee name in the Person Name field>enter date in the Period field>click “Find”>click “Messages” located at the bottom of the screen>a message will appear that states the timecard is locked • The error message reads: • The current row is locked • Cause: You are trying to lock a row in the &TABLE_NAME table which is currently being locked by another user. • Action: Re-query and attempt to lock the row again.
Timecards Stuck in a Submitted Status/Locked • Timecards the site feels are “stuck in a submitted status” • DO NOT submit a timecard as stuck in a submitted status unless it has been in a submitted status for five working days; you have verified that it is not in the Timecard Approver’s worklist • To verify the date a timecard was submitted, go to: Army LCA Manager>Timekeeper:Timekeeper Entry>Enter employee name in the Person Name field>enter date in the Period field>click “Find”>click on “Help” located on the top tool bar>click on “Record History”; that will show updated by and date
ALL OTHER DMHRSi RELATED ISSUES • Site staff experiencing problems with timecard entry • Site staff should first contract their Timekeeper Specialist/Timecard Approver • If they are unable to resolve, Timekeeper Specialists/Timecard Approvers should contact MEPRS at the site • 99.5% of the problems are training or data related and can be resolved without help desk assistance • AMPO will assist with these and forward directly to Tier III if we are unable to resolve • Sending these issue directly to the help desk will delay resolution as Tier III refers them back to AMPO • Issues related to DMHRSi, that site MEPRS staff cannot resolve, should be forwarded to the site’s AMPO Analyst, Jeanie McCleary and MEPRS Army Func Spt • Questions on man-hour coding should be forwarded to the sites’ AMPO Analyst and MEPRS Army Func Spt
