Personal Charter • Mission Statement: • good first draft • Vision: often very short, try using the –AL aspects of life to flesh out • Values: no need to do this twice, many did. • VABEs: comprehensive, grouped, constellation (1), keep, lose, add. • Strategy: could be longest section, might have a strategy for each –AL dimension • STOGs: metrics, milestones.

  9. Dreams • Distinguish between internal and external dreams? • Some confusion here about the concept • Do both? Relate them?
