Exercise • Exercise keeps you fit and healthy • Exercise can be fun • Different exercises are • Weights • Sports (football) • Using the remote control(finger exercise)
Stay away from smoking • Smoking kills more people than • Murder • Suicide • Aids • Road accidents
Drugs • Stay away fromdrugs. • Drugs are very addictive • They are dangerous when not prescribed by the doctor • Theycan kill you or make you sick.
Stay away from alcohol! • Alcohol is fine in small amounts • But too much is dangerous • Alcohol can be addictive and could cause early death
