  2. MATERIALES A ESTUDIAR EN MEDIOS LIQUIDOS • Pacientes HIV+/SIDA. • Pacientes con tratamiento previo o abandono. • Personal de salud. • Diabéticos o pacientes HIV- con algún problema en la inmunidad. • Contactos o familiares de multirresistentes.

  3. ANTIBIOGRAMATIEMPO DE RESOLUCION • Método tradicional 40 días • Bactec 460 7.3 días • MGIT 960 9.4 días

  4. CONCORDANCIA DE ANTIBIOGRAMASBACTEC 460 Y MGIT 960 (n 55) • Concordancia del 100% en R • Concordancia del 98.2% en H 1 ME • Concordancia del 94.5% en S 2 VME 1 ME • Concordancia del 90.% en E 4 VME 1 ME • A excepción de la R deben repetirse las drogas cuando dan resistente en MGIT.
