HIPOPLASIA Y MALROTACIÓN DE VERMIS B C A D E F (A) Coronal FIESTA; (B) Sagital FIESTA feto1; (C)Axial SSFSE T2, feto1; (D) Sagital FIESTA , feto2; (E) Sagital FIESTA, feto 3; (F) Coronal FIESTA, feto3 . EG : 25 s Gestación múltiple en mujer de 42 años con FIV OVODON y transferencia de 3 embriones. Dos varones monocoriales diamnióticos ( feto 1 en cefálica y feto 3 de nalgas) con hipoplasia y malrotación de vermis (flecha roja) y amplia comunicación del cuarto ventrículo con la cisterna magna (cabeza de flecha roja). Niña sana con vermis normal (flecha azul) en situación transversa.

  2. MEGACISTERNA MAGNA B A C D (A) Sagital FIESTA; (B) Coronal SSFSE; (C) Axial SSFSE T2; (D) Axial FIESTA. EG: 34 s. Mega-cisterna magna (flechas). Evolución: Parto normal.
