Team Duties: Entire Project Plan: • Team Duties for this project is going to remain the same thing. • As a team decision, we decided to divide the work load fairly for each assignment. • I am the team leader for this assignment. • All team members is to be a team leader for each project.
Team Collaboration • We haven’t had any issues with team collaboration. We have all been getting along great. • We always divide the assignments into four parts and assign work fairly as a team decision. • All team members get together a week prior to the assignment due date for editing.
Possible Solutions • Creating social networking accounts • Creating online volunteer registration forms • Creating incentives for volunteers • Food, Shirts, extra • Creating a safer volunteering environment • Set up something with local police to send a squad car to watch over the event.
