  2. Opdracht werkgroep HRM Onderzoeken en ontwikkelen: • advisering professionaliseringstraject van 16 “voorhoede”docenten (breinatelier) • visie op puberbegeleiding in (V)MBO • werkbaar begeleidingsmodel voor (V)MBO-docenten • implementatietraject bij dit begeleidingsmodel

  3. Gedaan van april t/m sept. 2011 Concrete producten • opdracht werkgroep HRM geherformuleerd • begrippenkader (doorlopend bijstellen) puberbegeleiding • 1e inventarisatie bestaande begeleidingsmodellen pubers • concept checklist keuzecriteria om een passend begeleidingsmodel te kiezen
