NUOPC and COPC Related COPC action items: 2008-2.1, 2008-2.2, 2008-2.3, 2008-2.4, and 2008-2.15 • 2008-2.1: AMS NUOPC town hall presentation provided to COPC principles (Recommendation: Close) • 2008-2.2: List of topics for coordination with NUOPC (Recommendation: Close) • 2008-2.3: NUOPC Program Manager to present to COPC (Recommendation: Close) • 2008-2.4: COPC members to interact with NUOPC ESG (Recommendation: Close) • 2008-2.15: Invite NUOPC Program Manager to attend COPC and become a participant to WG/CSAB (Recommendation: Open)

DAPE MOA - ESDA StatusData Acquisition, Processing and Exchange • The Environmental Satellite Data Annex was completed in January 2009 • Each agency was tasked to independently review the ESDA for approval for signature • AF legal reviews completed • No critical issues identified • Ready for the Director’s signature • Navy reviews ongoing • NOAA reviews ongoing • Important Note: If the ESDA is not signed by July, DoD will not be able to MIPR the money to NESDIS

CIP Product Availability COPC Action Item 2008-2.13: NESDIS will provide a timeline of product availability during Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) operations and a listing of products in each priority category. WG/CSAB (Recommendation: Close) The CIP listing with priorities is included with the reference materials 7

  8. COPC AI Status 16 Action Items (AI) from the Fall COPC and 1 AI from the Spring 08 COPCWG/CSAB and the JAGs Recommendations: Close: 13 Open: 4 COPC Action Items Status is included in the reference materials
