What do they need? • What do they expect me (TA) to do? • What’s your plan?
Why do you decide to become a teaching assistant? • Have you ever taken care of someone? Did you enjoy it? • Are you a positive and energetic person? (Give an example to back up your answer.)
Are you an empathetic person? Give an example. • Tell me about yourself in two minutes. • How do you feel if a student does not meet a deadline?
Imagine what will be the most frustrating/best thing that will happen to you as a teaching assistant? • Are there any ways you can do to encourage students to learn?
How do you handle a student who seems gifted, but is a discipline problem? • What are your strengths? And what are your weaknesses?
