  2. Saving a file to a PDF Click on: >>File >>Print

  3. Click the pull-down menu for Printer and check adobe pdf.

  4. Save file to the appropriate folder making sure to have a pdf extension at the end.

  5. To open up a file in Adobe Acrobat, open Adobe Acrobat by clicking on the on your dock. Click on: >>File >>Open and choose the appropriate file

  6. To create a link in Adobe Acrobat click on: >>View >>Toolbars >>Advanced Editing Your link editor will pop up

  7. 1. To create a link to a URL, click the link icon. 2. Highlight the text that you want linked. Google Search 3. When the dialog box appears, type in the complete URL.

  8. 1. To create a link to a file click the link icon. 2. Highlight the text that you want linked. My Resume 3. Browse for the file

  9. If you have links from your document that need to be activated in your pdf, click on: >>Advanced >>Links >>Create from URLs in Document Are not active links UNLESS there is http:// in your document AND until you follow the process above.

  10. 1. To delete a single link, click on the text you want to delete. 2. When the red boxes appear,hit the delete button and your link disappears.

  11. To remove all links From your pdf click: >>Advanced >>Links >>Remove All links This screen will appear
